Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams of artists and programmers, in a full-service in-house creative agency producing large-scale projects and global campaigns. Keen creative and logistical insight on creative projects from conception to completion as well as continuing to create, code and design individually. An accomplished senior graphic and interactive designer with over 15 years of experience and a strong background in fine arts with a wide range of technical proficiencies in the industry’s leading tools. Currently, I am Manager of Creative Development at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, manufacturer of the iconic Fender® Stratocaster® and Telecaster® guitars.
